On Sept. 20 and 21, new and returning students gathered on campus for the fall info fair, an event that hasn't been held in person since 2019. The info fair featured over 135 groups, clubs, departments and associations from Western.
In the first part of this episode, we explore what a halting return to near-normal looks like and head to the Underground Nightclub, which is reopening after more than a year. We also talk about the murder hornet on Western’s campus. (Don’t worry; it’s dead.)
On the same day Western Washington University alerted students, faculty and staff to 67 positive cases among Western students, U.S. Rep. Rick Larsen hosted a virtual town hall to discuss vaccine rollout.
