Bright-colored tulips, red, yellow, white, pink and more, cover vast fields in Mount Vernon, La Conner areas this year again.
I visited one of the tulip fields called Roozengaarde in Mount Vernon.
The tulips were in full-bloom, and it was very nice weather with a clear sky, I believe those tulips were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen in my life.
For all of you who haven’t gotten a chance to go there this year, I would like to share some pictures of tulips, which hopefully make you feel like spring has come to this area, the Pacific Northwest.
As you walk through the entrance of Roozangaarde, the Dutch style windmill surrounded by colorful tulips comes into your sight.
One of tulip arts I was impressed the most is some red and white tulips forming the shape of a heart. It was so surprising when I first realized they form a heart.
In that garden, there were also unique kinds of tulips which sometimes don’t even look like tulips.
After browsing around in the garden filled with a variety of tulips, you can walk to a tulip field, which is located at the end of Roozengaarde.
Because the tulip season started extremely early this year, all tulips at the field have been topped. So now it is no longer available to see them on the field.
For that reason, if you are encouraged to visit there now, I recommend to plan for next season.
Even though people need to suffer from crazy, heavy traffic to get this area during every tulip season, I guarantee those are well worth seeing.
This is a great opportunity for those of you who are not particularly interested in flowers to recognize how beautiful they are.
