A resident of North Garden Street saw someone looking through her window Tuesday, Feb. 14, according to a Western Alert. The incident occurred at the 700 block of North Garden Street around 10:43 p.m., according to the alert. The suspect was described in the alert as possibly a man with his face covered. The suspect ran in an unknown direction. Bellingham Police are investigating the incident, the alert said. The alert was sent at 11:36 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14. Call 911 with information.
