Western opened up the scoring against Central with a goal from freshman Liv Larson, 22 seconds into the match. Western defeated the University of California, San Diego earlier this season, 3-2 on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at Harrington Field.
Men’s Soccer

Standing: Finished the season second in the GNAC and advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament.

This was Western’s first ever trip to the NCAA Division II Tournament. Western won its first round game against Dixie State University 3-2 in overtime on Friday, Nov. 11, in La Jolla, California. Senior Brady Ulen converted two penalty kicks, while junior Stephen Jinneman scored the game-winning overtime goal.
Volleyball
Last Result: 3-0 (25-20, 25-12, 25-11) sweep over Saint Martin’s University on Saturday, Nov. 12, at Whatcom Pavilion.
Overall Record: 19-7
Standing: Second in the GNAC and ranked number 18 in the nation.
Next Game: Hosting Simon Fraser University at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Whatcom Pavilion.
Sophomore Kayleigh Harper led Western with 11 kills and five blocks against Saint Martin's. This was Western’s third consecutive sweep.
Men’s Basketball
Last Result: 107-81 victory against California State University, East Bay on Saturday, Nov. 12, in Hayward, California.

Standing: Tied for first in the GNAC.

Senior forward Jeffrey Parker scored a game-high 32 points against California State University, East Bay. The Vikings out-rebounded the Pioneers 40-22 in the game.

Senior guard Taylor Peacocke scored 22 points against Fresno Pacific University and was named Most Valuable Player of the Sodexo Tip-Off Classic. Senior forward Tia Briggs had a game-high 10 rebounds.
